O, beings eternal, children immortal,
It’s time to wake up, from thy slumber,
Know thy real self, cutting bonds asunder,

Breaking bonds, which holds thy back,
If you find them bonds, replace them, deftly,

With virtues, that drive them away, swiftly,
Look out for these, they may be buried deep,

There is no worry, we have a solution, already,
Have the willingness, that is all we need,

Come on, surge ahead, exciting journey in wait,
Follow the path, you will find your way.

If you find any hatred, replace with love,
If you feel shame, replace with indifference,

If you find fear, replace with fearlessness,
If you find grief, replace with joy,

If you find condemnation, replace with praise,
If you find prejudice, replace with fairness,

If you find pride, replace with humility,
If you find smugness, replace with modesty,

Breaking these bonds thus, your heart will soar,
How can one hold it and bind it down anymore.
